Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use thinknames.garden and the referral services Thinknames Plumbing offers through it. When you use the site, phone the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Thinknames Plumbing is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing providers. We do not do plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer or repair work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its estimates, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or direct providers. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they respond, what work they do or what results you get.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

General Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and with your insurer.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the website, disrupt how it runs or try to get into it in ways you are not permitted to.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. To stop us contacting you, email contact@thinknames.garden at any time.

Ownership of Content

The site's content and design belong to Thinknames Plumbing or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Thinknames Plumbing is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Updates to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
